HNRS-1320 The Intellectual Tradition
This course examines the ideas, movements, and thinkers that influenced the modern Christian Mind. Through primary sources and rigorous discussion, students will examine the historical development of Christian thought. This course is also designed to make students conversant in the social, political, religious, and cultural developments that occurred in the history of the West and its interactions with the rest of the world. The class will focus on refining students’ ability to think critically about the human experience while developing their analytical reasoning and argumentation skills.
