Overview
The post-master's certificate in Educational Administration and Supervision is designed to empower and equip educators with the skills, knowledge, and ethical foundations required to become effective educational leaders in a rapidly evolving educational landscape, all embodied from a biblical worldview perspective. The program focuses on developing graduates who are not only well-versed in administrative and supervisory practices, but who also possess a deep commitment to ethical leadership, data-informed decision-making, and fostering collaborative and supportive school communities.
Certification Requirements
Students must have a current teaching license and a master’s degree in education (or closely related degree field) from a regionally accredited institution for admittance. Program completion requires a passing score on the Praxis Exam, passing grades, and successful completion of the internship. Students will be responsible for understanding the South Carolina Department of Education requirements for Tier 1 principalship certification.

Mission Statement
