BIOL-1310 Scientific Inquiry in a Living World

Scientific Inquiry in the Living World supports an understanding of human flourishing by scientific examination of living processes. This course will incorporate biological evidence for creation and provides a foundation for discussion of ethical issues and human well-being. Topics will include need for a Creator and the molecular and cellular basis of life, how the environment supports human life, limits to the extent of adaptive change and evolution of organisms, and evidence of special creation of humans in God’s image.
