CHEM-2480 Principles of Organic and Biochemistry

An overview and introduction to the chemistry of biomolecules with an emphasis on processes within the living cell. Topics covered include study of organic functional groups and biomolecules, major metabolic pathways, and other general biochemical concepts. This course meets the requirement for students in the accelerated allied health professional program. Lab fee required.
