Honors at NGU
Honors at NGU exists to cultivate transformational leaders for church and society by fostering a Christ-centered community that is academically rigorous, servant-minded, and committed to the truth and wisdom found in Scripture and the Christian intellectual tradition. Honors Program students will participate in interdisciplinary classes rooted in the wisdom of the Western tradition and biblical knowledge, developed by experienced faculty committed to academic excellence and incarnational discipleship in and out of the classroom.
In keeping with our calling to honor the life of the mind, the purpose of the Honors at NGU is to offer academically gifted students enriched academic opportunities through discussion-based seminars, co-curricular experiences, and independent research.
It is the hope that Honors at NGU becomes a place where human flourishing is nurtured, and the liberal arts thrive while also complementing the goals of the university’s core curriculum.
