HIST-2360 Historical Research and Writing

This course introduces students to the methods by which historians study, interpret, and present their conclusions to the public. Students will be expected to write a research paper in which the emphasis will be placed on developing research skills, organizing the results in a coherent form, and developing an effective writing style. Required for History majors and Social Studies Education majors as a prerequisite for 3000-level courses and recommended for anyone interested in developing research and writing skills.
