HLSC-3360 Human Response to Stress

This course focuses on the variables and issues that affect how humans respond to stress on the personal, behavioral, social, and organizational levels. This course provides practical and theoretical aids for coping with and managing the stress response as well as provides students with the opportunity to assess their own responses to stress. In addition, the student will be able to apply various techniques to modulate these responses.
