LDRS-3310 Leadership and Transformation

This course examines elements of transformational leadership and explores how transformational leaders move people, groups and organizations toward change. This model of leadership will be examined a view toward understanding its unique role in advancing the priorities and purposes of God in the midst of crisis, conflict, and change.
