Business Leadership University Credit Certificate

Overview

The Business Leadership undergraduate certificate allows students to explore leadership dynamics through investigation of various models and theories. With a foundation based on a Christian worldview, students will have the opportunity to develop a leadership strategy for integration into day-to-day organizational roles. Featuring an elective course in either management, organizational behavior, or human resource management, this certificate is applicable to all organizations, including for-profit, non-profit, church and parachurch ministries, and government. This certificate is eligible for up to 12 hours of university credits at the undergraduate level. University credits are awarded for courses completed with a grade of C or higher. Acceptance to this program does not guarantee acceptance into the full NGU degree program.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a professional undergraduate Certificate in Business Leadership from North Greenville University.
