PSYC-3310 Current Problems in Childhood and Adolescence

This course will examine the types of family, social, and behavioral problems which may arise during the course of childhood and adolescence and provide suggestions for working with children and their families who are experiencing these problems. Topics will include: child abuse and neglect, delinquency, gangs and violence, boundaries and ethics in working with at-risk youth and their families.
