PSYC-3365 Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Designed to acquaint students with the application of psychology in industrial and organizational settings, this course includes an emphasis on such topic as interviewing, motivating, selling, brainstorming, and related aspects of social psychological processes. The course should be of special interest to students of business, law, and the ministry, as well as psychology majors contemplating careers in human resources or other areas in this field. The course will also seek to integrate and compare the ideas of industrial/organizational psychology with biblical principles.
