MGMT-3310 Introduction to Human Resources Management

This course is an introduction to the concepts and practices associated with managing human resources. Students will become familiar with the terminology and phases of the HR field, including HR Planning, Recruiting and Staffing, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Assessment, and Employee Advocacy, among other elements of the discipline.
