MGMT-4360 Value Creation and New Product Development

This course deals with the critical issues of highly innovative enterprises and the way they create value through innovation. Innovation can be applied at all levels of the value chain and in the areas of research and development, manufacturing, marketing, and new offering development and support. The concept of innovation in the area of new product development will be examined in great detail and the students will become familiar with how some of the best-in-class companies create products and services much more quickly and effectively than the rest of the industry.
