MGMT-4301 Supply Chain Analytics
This course examines the field of supply chain management analytics and how and why it is critical in effective supply chain execution. The course emphasizes real-world applications of advanced supply chain concepts to build an optimal supply chain strategy. Key concepts are explored through an in-depth examination of sales, operations, shipment planning and execution, freight bill audit and payment, open order process flow, and emerging technology implications and applications.
