MGMT-4350 Human Resources Law and Compliance

The course explores the specific laws, titles, and regulations that govern the management of human resources in organizations. Specific attention is paid to relevant Federal Acts (e.g. Title VII and Title IX), EEOC regulations, and other relevant laws that will ensure compliance in the HRM field. The course will utilize (among other methods) lecture, student projects, expert guest speakers, and numerous HR Law-related case studies.
