MGMT-4330 Project Management

This course is designed as an introduction to the various elements of project management that will be encountered by all managers, including those wish to build upon these principles in pursuit of future PM certification. Students will be introduced to Project initiation and planning, Project scheduling and budgeting, Resource planning and control, Quality control, and Risk assessment and control.
